Camp Policies
Actors Inc. dba Screen Actors Performing Arts Film Camp,  at Brookwood Camps Glen Spey New York                     Actors Inc. & Screen Actors Performing Arts Film Camp,  &  Brookwood Camps, to be known as "Camp" for this document.

1. ENROLLMENT
Please read all of the following policies; your enrollment confirms your understanding and agreement with all policies herein.
For the health, safety and welfare of the Camp and the Camper.

2. Visits
The Camper is entitled to one visit by his her family during the Camp season on a Camp visit day.

3. Gratuities
No gratuities of any kind are permitted to be given to any member of Camp Staff.

4. Camper Information
By May 15th of the Camp year, the parent/Guardian shall furnish the Camp office with such information as the Camp deems necessary with regard to the Campers health, education, interests and skills.

5. Refunds
Since the financial organization of the Camp is on a seasonal basis and all salaries for chef's, councilors, and all other members of our staff, contracts for supplies and services are are made in advance for the entire season, it is understood and and agreed as follows:
    a ... No allowance shall be made for late arrival or for the early departure of the Camper.
    b ... If enrollment of the Camper is canceled prior to March 1st of the Camp year $1500.00 of the payments per Camper theretofore made will be      retained by the Camp to cover initial enrollment and administrative cost's and the balance will be refunded.
    c ... If enrollment of the Camper is canceled on or after  March 1st of the Camp year all payments theretofore made will be retained by the Camp  and the Parent/Guardian will be liable for the balance of tuition remaining, all of which will be retained by the Camp as liquidated damages.
   d ... No extension of time for payment of tuition is permitted without prior written consent of the Camp awarded at the Camps sole discretion. In the event of any dispute  concerning late payments by the parent/Guardian, The Camp shall be entitled to to charge interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 18% per Annam and reimbursed from the Parent/Guardian for any and all court cost, attorney fees and or collection fees.
   e ... If the Camp is canceled because of  the state of the US economy and we suffer low enrollment numbers, the camp ie: Actors Inc dba Screen Actors Performing Arts Film Camp, . Directors or staff cannot be held responsible in any way shape or form or for any reason period. Parent/guardian will receive 100% refund of Camp enrollment cost. 

6. Agreement
The Camp is appointed to serve in Loco Parentis. camper may use hazardous equipment. Camper may participate in any activity/trip including horse back riding, water skiing  etc as organized by the Camp Staff on or off the Camp grounds and may travel when deemed necessary by the Camp via private or chartered carrier.

7. Medical Authorization
If it is necessary in the judgment of the Camp to administer medical or dental aid for a campers health. The Camp is authorized to do so and all such expenses not covered by medical reimbursement insurance shall be paid by the Parent/Guardian.

8. Zero Tolerance
   Please be warned!! The Camp will not tolerate,  Smoking, possession of or use of tobacco, liquor or any other intoxicant or non prescription drugs on or off the camp ground is extremely forbidden! no exceptions. Unsatisfactory conduct or influence , disruption of activities, physical violence of any kind. Campers leaving Camp grounds (without the direct permission of the Camp Director) Violations of these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the Camp with no possible refund.

9. Personal Belongings
The Camp is not responsible for any Campers articles of clothing, or any personal belongings, lost or damaged, by fire, theft, laundry or in any other manner.

10. Property Damage
In the event of destruction or damage to any Camp property or camp equipment made by the Camper, the cost of repairs will be borne by the campers parent/Guardian.

11.9. PROMOTIONAL RELEASE
Upon enrolling in our camp program, the parent/guardian and applicant authorizes Screen Actors Performing Arts Academy & Brookwood Camps to use photos, quotes or video footage from all the film camp programs and activities for marketing purposes.

12. Spending Money
A spending money fund deposit is required for each Camper. This is to provide for personal items such as sundry and toilet articles, postage, canteen treats and extra curricular trips and activities that take place off the Camp Grounds.
